ZERMATT TO FUSSEN, & NEUCHWANSTEIN

We stopped at Fiesch when it started snowing. Even in the evening there was enough snow on the ground to build a snowman in the hotel carpark. By morning there was about 10 inches of snow on the ground (and on our car roof!). We had to buy snow chains so that we could continue our journey, and for part of our trip to Fussen we had to put our car on a train since the road was closed.
